家具购销合同

甲方：xxxxx有限公司，如下简称甲方。

乙方：xxxxx，如下简称乙方。

经双方洽谈，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》有关规定，乙方向甲方定购下列家具，经双方协商一致，订立本合同。

一、定购产品

（一）产品名称：画案两件套、书柜一对。

（二）产品规格

1.画案两件套：画案：196cm×86cm×83cm，板厚≥1.2cm，桌面板一木对开。

2.上博四出头官帽椅：47cm×60cm×53cm,总高120cm，板材厚≥1.2cm。

3.书柜：198cm×98cm×42cm（单个），面板侧板厚≥1.2cm，其他层板竖板等厚≥0.9cm。按要求书柜下层加一层隔层。

（三）产品材质：大果紫檀

(缅甸花梨

)。

（四）合同总价：人民币大写：xx万元整，人民币小写￥xxxxx.00元（其中画案两件套人民币大写xx万元整、书柜一对人民币大写xx万元整），除运费外，乙方不再支付任何费用。

二、货款的结算

合同签订后3日内支付全额货款，收到货款后随即安排发货。

四、产品的质量标准及售后服务

（一）按国家标准及相关法律规定执行。

（二）甲方必须保证乙方本合同所购买产品符合如下质量要求：100%大果紫檀（缅花），材料烘干到位，并做到产品无拼补(细微处粉补属正常)，100%无铁钉，100%榫卯结构，如有产品材料出现与本合同不符，乙方可通过有关合法的鉴定机构为其材质做鉴定，以鉴定书作为甲方无条件退换的理由。

产品出现较轻微问题可协助联系当地家具维保人员上门处理打理，若出现大的明显的开裂问题，当地无法维修的可协助退回厂家维修，同时厂家承担往返运费。红木制品，因气候关系和木性问题出现的开裂，属于正常现象，享受优质红木带来的品质生活的同时，也需有接受木质属性带来的可能的开裂或者收缩的常见问题。

五、交货时间

乙方支付甲方货款后5天内，如有特殊情况，双方可协商。

六、交货地点及要求

2．交货要求：物流必须送货入户，经乙方检查验收签字后方支付运费，不能在工作日的工作时间送货，期间产生的仓储费用乙方不承担，甲方与物流协商运输相关事宜。

七、违约责任

1．运输风险由甲方承担，任何损坏经协商后无理由退换货，因运输风险造成退换货所产生的全部费用由甲方承担，但乙方有义务协助与物流的交涉与索赔事宜，甲方确保乙方购买的产品完好无损。

2．如产品材料出现与本合同不符，乙方可通过有关合法的鉴定机构为其材质做鉴定（双方一致同意的合法鉴定机构），以鉴定书作为甲方无条件退换的理由，退换产生的全部费用由甲方承担。

3．产品自乙方验收无异议之日起维护质保期为一年，如质保期内产品发生严重质量问题，甲方应与乙方协商处理，可选择返厂维修，直至客户满意为止，如返厂维修都不能解决质量问题，甲方应更换乙方同样质量及规格的产品，返厂维修及更换产品所产生的所有费用由甲方全部承担。

4．甲方逾期交货的，按逾期交货货款计算，向乙方偿付每日千分之五的违约金，并承担乙方因此所受的损失费用。

八、争议的解决办法

1．因购买产品质量问题发生争议，由法律及有关规章规定的技术单位进行质量鉴定（双方一致同意的合法鉴定机构），双方无条件服从该鉴定的结论。

2．执行本合同发生纠纷，当事人双方应当及时协商解决，协商不成的可以依法向人民法院提起诉讼。

十、附则

1．本合同经甲乙双方签字盖章后生效。

2．本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。

各位面试官，大家好。我叫SSS，今年25岁，河北SS人，中共党员，来自中南林业科技大学，是外国语学院的在读翻译硕士研究生，明年六月份毕业。很高兴能参加这次面试，我性格活泼，喜欢交友也喜欢集体活动，抗压能力较强，也有很强的适应能力。接下来我将从三个关键词介绍自己，成绩，校园经历和实习。

第一项是成绩，作为一个研究生，学业当然是最重要的。我的学科平均成绩为88分，单科成绩均在80分以上，在同方向同专业范围内名列第一。且在校期间发表了两篇学术论文，并收录于国家优秀期刊杂志。
